Claude Place is a French artist, or ‘Inventor of Images’ as he likes to describe himself. 
Last Summer I was lucky enough to be invited to a preview of an exhibition of his work at La Chapelle de Corbelin.
La Chapelle de Corbelin is a small church near La Chapelle Saint Andre in Burgundy and is often used to present exhibitions for local artists.
There were sculptures, paintings, photographs, and montages from all three.  The work, as shown in the images below, is both unusual and imaginative.

Not only did I get the chance to meet many interesting people, including the artist, but there was also a fine selection of canapes and Kia!
